A ccording to Buddhism, there are four solid grounds of awareness: the initial off state is called Jagruti; the waking state of consciousness,  Swapna; the dreaming state of consciousness,  Sushupti; the state of deep sleep in which the mind, ego and superego are still,  the Turya; the state of thoughtless awareness beyond the mind.  People practice these first three states on free-and-easy bases (Meditation). Turya is the state in which mulish positive and negative thoughts of the mind approach to an end. In the beginning, a gap  starts to develop between thoughts. When this gap  develops, thoughts fade and the plastered training of meditation; the mind enters easily into thoughtless awareness. The punctuate becomes still like a lake without any ripples on it, and deep inner peace begins to tick upon awareness  (Meditation).\nOur body harmonizes the employ done inside our bodies; the functioning of our organs and cells.
