Forced Learning Theory

In the article Forced Learning Theory, the write Nicholas Phillips states his opinion regarding bountiful learning. I agree with the rootage that constrained learning is a real issue. Malcolm Knowles was a pioneer of adult education and believed learning is self directed and that adult learners ar responsible. There are those who disagree that self direction begins with qualification a choice. This is where forced learning becomes a task for the trainer. The trainer responsibility is to get hold these two groups together to reach a common goal.
