I havce known since from the time that I was shortsighted that I necessityed to do something healthcare Up until I nonice the Physician Assistant biography, I wanted to be a doctor, but was hesitant to do so because of all the schooling, responsibilities, and tautological stress that goes along with it. I am not reflexion that being a PA does not puzzle responsibilities and is not stressful, but in comparison to a doctor, these items are easily less of an issue.
As I stated in my primary reflection, I nurse a true passion for hoi polloi and for admirering them. NO matter what their problem may be, I am always trying to be the helper and do anything I can to make their day a little better than it was before. Having a career that is designed specifically to help people will fit me perfectly. Not only do I sexual love to help people, I also love the accede matter that goes along with being a doc assistant. In school, I always hated math, and although I was nigh(a) at English, I disliked that as well. The only subject matter that I actually found interesting and that I wanted to learn were and still are the health sciences. maybe I sound like a nerd, but I actually look forward to my cell biology class. I think that this, more than anything, says a lot about wherefore I would like to be a PA.




All in all, my thoughts about being a physician assistant puzzle not changed throughout this first semester. I still have a passion for people and the subject matter that it involves. after shadowing some PAs, I now have a greater sense of what the profession stands for and what one does in the profession, and it only makes me work harder towards my goal of having a long-term career as a physician assistant. There are so many other students around me that have no idea what they want to do with the rest of their lives, and I feel so lucky to know what I want to be when I grow-up, so to speak.
