Problem Statement
Unethical accounting practices in all organisation are umbrage. Many of the people accountable of these crimes are enjoying retirement in lavish homes while receiving ludicrous pension off plans and company benefits at the expense of investors.



If they are not brought to justice, they go forth realize they will always have the impression created that crime can be canted and people will stir up away with it. The prevalence of unethical behaviours will then keep back to rise.

Research Objective
The main objective of this proposal is to pass water insight into the unethical accounting practices of major corporations.
To examine the factors responsible for the unethical accounting practices in some private and public organizations.
To ultimately make aware to the public of the true perpetrators of these scandals in an effort to properly restore credibility in the erst revered Accounting Profession.
