Abstract
This pick up looks at one of the major non-traditional uses of casava, production of glucose syrup from spirited Quality Cassava flour (HQCF). However, Ghana has not taken full advantage by conducting elongated research irrespective of the potential economic benefits. Currently, there is no commercial factory in Ghana producing glucose syrup from cassava, contempt the huge abundance of the required raw materials.
