Abstract:
Since the advent of the current century, the ground has witnessed wide changes in business as the shape of businesses intricate within the corporations have been more science-based and theory-based business.
It has been essential for corporations and green glint to achieve transformation so as to survive in the new commercializes. That implied market enquiry and data gathering to be aware of the recent market segmentation domain of a function wide. globalisation which is the transfer of goods, products, capital and culture, has been a common feature of the world of today. The existence for any company, Entity or a corporation depends on the capacity of standing in the very competitive market which focuses on marketing strategies, CRM, and KM. (Kotter.2000)
The aim of any enterprise or a business is to implement the best strategies in attention, marketing, and guest relationships as well as supporter relation anxiety to best manage its business and guarantee profits.
For example, these businesses, implement management principals within the organization and adopt transformation strategies as in Leading Change By John P. Kotter.[1]
In this report, I bequeath talk about an organization that works in the filed of Aviation and Airline industry in The United Arab Emirates. I have chosen Fly Dubai Company to conduct my research and consequently present this fair report. The report will deal the industrial nature within the company and it will fall whether the company is successful in its business or not. It will also represent the type of management in the light of both internal and external focus of the company. I demand that the report will meet my lecturers expectation.
