Introduction
In the studies of bearing, I discovered that it is a colossal range of behaviors that ar not considered acceptable. Each individual at some point have learned how to cope with these behaviors. preferably of replacing inappropriate behaviors with appropriate behaviors most people are making excuses for their actions. The point of this paper is to show no reproach will be intended toward any child just to produce an atmosphere that will not discriminate because of ethnicity , religion, gender of any child. Also n this paper, I will dress down about running(a) by a set of guidelines for child-care providers and families to watch on a continual basic daily. Being awake(predicate) of how to work legally within your profession is the main interest.

I struggled with applying these set of rules on my job but it became easier for me because I was determine to achieve my goal by applying these set rules. I learned through trail and error how to handle situations that occurred with children. I am a African American female.



I was raise by African American ancient values and principles. When I was coming up children were seen not heard. Learning how to modify my behavior according to these set rules meant that I had to take a longsighted look at myself. I had to throw my outlook concerning educating and taking care of children. My core values changed once I became acquainted(predicate) with the right way to handle situations that involved children. I had to change my thought process pattern and actions to line up with bring up regulation called Code of Ethics. ?gWorking with children is hard work but instantaneously children can get away with murder?h I thought.
