The American dream is belief in the freedom that all toldows all citizens and residents of the United States to achieve their goals in living through unverbalized work. Today, it often refers to superstars material prosperity, which is dependent upon ones abilities and work ethic, and not on a frozen class structure. Although the phrases meaning has evolved over the course the American history, for most people, it is the opportunity to achieve greater material prosperity than was contingent in their countries of origin, for others, it is the opportunity for their children to grow up and receive an fosterage and its consequent career opportunities, for still other, it is the opportunity to make psyche choices without the constraints of class, caste, religion, race or ethnic group. Though many would recite I come from a typical all American family, I did not have a lavishly full-bodied upbringing. Instead from a young age I well-educated that if you want something you have to work for it. I had my first think over by the age of 15. Later on in life I learned that work isnt everything. I treasured to be surrounded by others who shared in the comparable dream, of prosperity through education. I am very fortunate to be the first person in my family to go to college.
